To be able to do this, I will need one of these accesses (in order of easiest to hardest):

• SSH, Telnet, or equivalent
• A control panel with a file-manager and a DB manager (WHM/cPanel, Plex, phpMyAdmin, etc.)
• Admin account on Drupal 7
• Admin account on Drupal 6 with either https://drupal.org/project/backup_migrate or https://drupal.org/project/plugin_manager already installed.

I do these for free.
